Our varsity teams, the Bobcats and the Red Wolves, are the heartbeat of Elisia Education Hub. Unlike traditional schools, where athletics are divided by institution, we unite under two powerful banners rooted in U.S. college legacy.  

In the United States, the Red Wolves represent Arkansas State University in the Sun Belt Conference, a stage renowned for its intensity and tradition. The Bobcats, representing Texas State University, now compete in the prestigious PAC-12, one of the NCAA’s most competitive conferences. Here in Mexico, both teams proudly represent Elisia Education Hub, giving our student-athletes the unique opportunity to be part of these programs regardless of the university in which they are enrolled. 

Through these partnerships, student-athletes at Elisia Education Hub gain unparalleled international exposure, an opportunity no other institution in Mexico provides. Here, they don’t just represent their teams; they become part of lasting legacies, compete on global stages, and stand out to professional recruiters.

Our student-athletes showcase these values on international stages through events like Legends Rise (Texas State University San Marcos vs. Texas State University Mexico), the Global Clásico (Arkansas State University Mexico vs. Texas Wesleyan Rams), and the Elisia International Tournament (featuring teams from the U.S., Colombia, and Mexico). These competitions have already placed our student-athletes in front of scouts, professional coaches, and global audiences, highlighting their talent on a world stage.

Athletes’ Journeys: Dreams Made Real 

The soul of Elisia Education Hub is written in the stories of its student-athletes: 

• Alejandro Crespo, our current American football captain, competed in the Global Clásico representing Arkansas State University Querétaro in the U.S. He has also earned national recognition in Mexico, including being named Best Defensive Player by the Organización Nacional Estudiantil de Fútbol Americano (ONEFA), the country’s premier league. 

• Michael Alvarez, a current student at Texas State University San Marcos, is proof that dreams know no borders. While pursuing his studies in the U.S., he also competes with the Red Wolves football team in Mexico, embodying the spirit of academic and athletic excellence across countries. 

• Mateo Orobio, an international basketball player who chose the Red Wolves as his pathway to the NCAA. With his sights set on the U.S., he knows that through Elisia Education Hub he will gain both the quality education and athletic exposure to achieve his dream. 

• Ivett Alvarado, our women’s soccer goalkeeper, earned an NCAA Division I full scholarship offer after an outstanding performance at the Legends Rise game. Recognized by our Bobcats U.S. team, she demonstrated the opportunity for athletes in Mexico to seamlessly connect with programs in the United States—a powerful example of our global pathway in action. 

Each comes from a different background, with unique aspirations. Yet they share the same truth: a dream to go further than the future once imagined. And Elisia Education Hub is where those dreams find a home.
