Dr. Gerardo Velázquez, assistant professor of physics and mathematics, and Dr. María Montserrat Juárez, associate professor of physics and mathematics, both of Arkansas State University Campus Querétaro, are co-authors of an article in Physical Review D. Velázquez, Juárez and their collaborators report on their work in “Thermodynamics of nonlinearly charged anti–de Sitter black holes in four-dimensional critical gravity”. Their research in recent years has focused on thermodynamical aspects of black holes in the context of gauge gravity correspondence.
